I am interested in how the actin cytoskeleton is regulated in cells, as well as how it is influenced by the extracellular environment. Actin performs a diverse range of functions, in different structures, which ultimately affects cell behaviour. I am now working as lecturer in the lab. @misslornayoung

My project investigates the role of the
transciption factor isoform sAP4 in cell
migration and invasion
Atena Uribe- PhD student
Mariah Abdullah - PhD student

I am interested in how certain subunits of the Arp2/3 complex are involved in the pathology behind two B-cell diseases Chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) and Mantel cell lymphoma (MCL) progression. My project is funded by Saudi Arabia Cultural Bureau. My co-supervisor is Joseph Slupsky.
My project investigates the role of the WASH complex in breast cancer progression. I am the recipient of a Chilean Becas (CONICYT) Government Scholarship.

Eleanor Hargreaves - PhD
student
Anne Reversat - visiting scientist
Anne is investigating B cell migration in confined environments and how it compares to mechanisms dictating malignant CLL, MCL and DLBCL cell migration. @AnneReversat

I am investigating microtubule plus end complexes and actin-microtubule interplay. My project is co-supervised by Igor Barsukov and BBSRC funded.
Keyi Xie - PhD student
Milan Collins - PhD student
I am studying the role of nuclear force transduction in cell ageing and migration. My project is co-supervised by Akis Karakesioglou and Luning Liu, and BBSRC funded. @MilanRuffini

My project investigates the role of nuclear force coupling in the regulation of the actin cytoskeleton.
